- Minimum of two years’ experience as maintenance assistant or supervisor in a skilled nursing setting is required.
- Working knowledge with computer programs such as email, using the internet, Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Consistently ensure that the community maintains compliance to Life Safety requirements providing a safe environment for our residents, family members and team members.
- Responsible for the interior and exterior physical environment to meet administrators, Life Safety and Touchstone’s expectations.Work to identify and resolve issues quickly to assist in cost reduction and savings.
- Ensure all paperwork (Life Safety Book) and TELS maintenance program is up to date and ready for survey at any time.
